Rosemary Lester, announced the June 22 start
date.
Barwon Water, which will be required to
carry out the fluoride dosing, has
built new facilities at the Wurdee Boluc and
Moorabool water treatment plants, to the west and north of
Geelong.*( hard to believe that
water bills have gone up so much lately? now we know why, not
that we where ever asked or told....)

service that should owned by the people to provide for

It was these 'Dosing Plants' that proved to be the
'Achilles Heel' of the 'Last Attempt to Fluoridate' Geelong's
water. *(not to mention the Blatant
Disrespect for the Peoples Wishes and opposition and to
think, that they actually draw a wages to do
this.)
Union bans on the plants stopped the release of
fluoride just days before its introduction in 1986. *(This also happened in two other country
Victoria towns but there, the schedule 7 poison pumping
machines were dismantled.)

cent, from July 1

Mr Lowrey
also said the higher prices would encourage water
conservation

as) to customers that the less they use, the less they
pay," he said.

Meanwhile, Department of Human Services spokesman 'Bram Alexander' yesterday said
commissioning work was on schedule for the Fluoride Dosing
Facilities at the Wurdee Boluc and Moorabool water treatment
plants.
Mr Alexander said the
move was a part of the Victorian Government policy of
expanding fluoride to cover the entire state. (*Not what the rest of the people in the state
had in mind though)
The Barwon Association for Freedom from Fluoridation has
kept up a stiff opposition to the introduction of the scheme,
saying fluoride was "poisoning" the community. (*there has been no opposition only oppression
and no referendum cause they know the people would not
allow themselves to be poisoned by anyone.)
A rally of more than 200 people marched the streets of
Geelong on Saturday and the group has vowed to continue the
fight in the Supreme Court, use picket lines or vote MPs out
of office. (*People of Geelong You need to
stand together on this issue and have it stopped, whatever the
cost.
*Perhaps 350,000 water meters on the
front steps of Barwon water might make them look on the way
into the Building the water rate payers paid for and make them
wonder where their wages are going to come from if they don't
listen to the people responsible for them....
"Mr Alexander"scoffed at the group's claims, saying the
weight of scientific evidence showed that "optimal levels" of
fluoride in water fluoridation programs did not cause allergic
reactions or allergy-like symptoms. (*the
original argument is 'forcing mass medication on
people' and insulting their intelligence when it comes to
what they want to ingest thus denying them their Human
Rights)
I invite Mr ALEXANDER to Challenge the evidence I have on
this page and tons more information I have personally gathered
over the last 6 years, I assure everyone out there he will
decline like kevin rudd has Joe Ludwig,Barwon Water and Dept
Human Resources and many others that have let the Geelong

They scoff yet did anyone in Geelong ask for Fluoride? did
anyone get any comprehensive paperwork on fluoride sent
to their homes like they did with all the Fluoride Propaganda

FLUORIDE AND TOOTH
DECAY
Tooth decay has indeed decreased around the world.
However, fluoride is not the
cause. Tooth decay has declined as much or more in non-fluoridated areas as in
those with fluoridation. This
has been reported in Germany, British Columbia, New Zealand, Cuba,
Finland, and the United States. Some small
studies show slight benefits of fluoridation. One
American study of 39,207 children showed reduced decay of
deciduous teeth in 5-year olds in fluoridated areas compared
with unfluoridated areas, but no reduction in decay in
permanent teeth. The larger studies
worldwide show little or no dental benefits of water
fluoridation .
The Journal Fluoride,
Vol. 27, #1, 13-22, 1994 reported that in a study of 98% of
the children in New Zealand over 14 years, fluoridation had no
dental benefit on these children.
In fact, non-fluoridated
communities had slightly less
decay. Tooth decay
correlated with the level of income and
nutrition, not
fluoridation.
A study of over 400,000
children in India also showed no benefit of water
fluoridation. Studies in England and Scotland found the same
result. Dr. Albert
Schatz, discoverer of
streptomycin, found the same thing in Chile in a study
spanning 40 years. A recent
study in Tucson, Arizona by Dr.
Cornelius Steelink, University of
Arizona, showed an increase
in decayed, missing or filled teeth with increased fluoride
in the drinking
water.
As a result of these
and other studies, almost all major
nations except the US and Britain have stopped fluoridating. 98% of
Europe has stopped it. Ireland, one of the few European nations still doing it, is considering discontinuing it.
Canada has advised against giving it to
children less than 6 years old. India, China and Japan studied it
thoroughly and discontinued it.
FLOURIDE SAFETY
Fluorine is a highly toxic
element. Proponents say it is a nutrient.
Scientists are mixed on this point. If it is a necessary
nutrient, only a trace amount is needed in
the body. We get this from
foods such as tea, and small
amounts are found naturally
in most drinking water. (*also
found in peas and rice and more)
Sodium fluoride and Hydrofluosilicic
acid, the chemicals used in water
fluoridation, are cumulative toxins.
It is sold as ratpoison, used in pesticides, and
is the active ingredient in Saran
nerve gas. Fluoride
tablets require a prescription, unlike any other nutrient
mineral. All fluoride
toothpaste comes with a warning label. The label states
"Keep out of the reach of children
under 6". "If you swallow more than used for brushing,
seek professional assistance or contact a
poison control center
immediately." This warning applies to anything greater than
a pea-sized drop of
toothpaste on your brush.
Fluoride is considered one of the worst, if not the worst airborne pollutant, responsible for
decimating fish
and wildlife populations. (*and they want us to drink this
poison) The United
States is one of 22 nations that signed a treaty promising not to dump fluorides
into the oceans, lakes or
rivers .
In the doses that fluoridated
water provides, fluoride is associated with higher rates of birth defects, cancer and immunosuppression, lower IQ of children, dental and skeletal
fluorosis, and neurological problems. It has also been shown to cause
increased bone fractures, cataracts and infant
mortality, and some 20 other
health effects. A study in Brain Research, vol. 784:1998 showed
that fluoride in the water fed to
rats increased the absorption of
aluminum into the rats brains, causing alterations in the
brains similar to Alzheimer's
Disease. Also, fluoride is highly corrosive.
Several studies in Massachusetts and elsewhere found higher levels of
lead in the
drinking water in fluoridated
areas. This is most likely due to corrosion of lead
pipe joints as a result of the corrosive chemical .
A new study also showed
that fluoride
accumulates in the pineal gland. This
is a hormonal control center
and causes severe imbalances in
some sensitive people. The work, titled Fluoride Deposition
In The Aged
Pineal Gland was done as a PhD
thesis by Jennifer Luke and published in Caries

The fluoride itself isn't the only
problem. The
chemical used to fluoridate
is not pure. Hydrofluosilicic acid and sodium
fluoride are industrial wastes, by-products of the phosphate
fertilizer industry. This was challenged by the fluoride promoters
in Ohio, but later they were forced to admitthis is the
truth. They contain traces of lead, arsenic, mercury, kerosene, napha, and
other pollutants from the smokestack scrubbers of phosphate
factories. They also contain radioactive elements
.
WE ALREADY
INGEST TOO MUCH FLUORIDE
Fluoride is now in the food
chain, thanks to 50 years of water fluoridation, fluoride in
pesticides, and airborne pollution. As a result, people
are already getting more than the recommended 1 mg per day
just from foods and beverages. Fruit juices, baby foods,
and other select items are particularly high, due to
processing and pesticide residues.
As a result, we don't need
more fluoride. Dental fluorosis, or fluoride toxicity,
is a growing problem. An article in the British Medical
Journal, Aug. 26, 2000;189:216-220 reported that 54% of the
children living in fluoridated areas have signs of
fluorosis.
Several nations, including
Germany, stopped fluoridating because they realized it is immoral to
massmedicate the
entire population, especially when fluoride tablets, drops,
toothpaste and other preparations are inexpensive and readily
available .
In 1992,
the Safe Water Foundation filed suit against the city of Fond
DuLac, Wisconsin (Wisconsin Appellate Case
#93-2275). They showed that fluoridation is mass medication of the
population with a controlled
substance, without the
knowledge or consent of the
participants. Even for mental
patients, consent is required for
medical treatment. Additionally, the dosage is not regulated, because
some people drink more water than others.
Wealthy
people can afford bottled water or expensive reverse osmosis
filters to take it out. The poor are forced to drink the
medicated water. The poor suffer the most from the toxic
effects of fluoride.

suggests fluoridating water knowing this information
should be held on criminal charges "intent to harm others" and
terrorism against mankind.)
LEADING EXPERTS CHANGE THEIR
MINDS
( And now for the
juicey part your've been waiting for)
Dr. Hardy Limeback,
DDS, PhD, is head of the Department of Preventive Dentistry at
the University of Toronto, and president of the Canadian Association
for Dental Research. He is Canada's leading fluoride
authority, and
until recently
the nation's primary fluoride promoter. Two years ago he changed his
mind.He publically apologized for 15 years of
misleading the people of Canada on the issue of
fluoridation. Dr. Limeback said thatToronto,
fluoridated for 36 years and has a higher incidence of cavities than Vancouver,
which has
never fluoridated its water. He said the Centers for Disease Control are basing their
fluoride recommendation on 50-year-old studies that don't reflect
new research .
Dr
John Colquhoun was the Principal Dental Officer for Auckland,
the largest city in New
Zealand, and a staunch fluoridation advocate -
until he was given
the task of reviewing the world-wide data on fluoride
effectiveness and safety. His review is titled "Why I
Changed My Mind About Fluoridation". In it, he details how data was manipulated to support fluoridation
in the English-speaking countries

Dr. Phyllis Mullinex was commissioned by the US Army,
MEDCOM to research possible neurological effects of fluoridating the water
supply at Fort Detrick, Maryland. She worked at
Harvard University
Dental School. She expected a
routine investigation. However, her results shocked even herself when
she found that rats fed fluoride developed a variety of
neurological defects. She was
forced to advise the army not to fluoridate - and lost
her job as a result .
Perhaps the most incredible turnaround is
by the Environmental
Protection Agency's Union of Scientists and Engineers. In
May 1999, they announcedthey oppose their own agency's stand on
waterfluoridation.
Senior vice-president of the union, Dr. William Hurzy wrote,
"recent,
peer-reviewed toxicity data, when applied to EPA's
standard method for controlling risks from toxic chemicals,
require an immediate halt to the use of the nation's drinking
water reservoirs as disposal sites for the toxic waste of the
phosphate fertilizer industry". ( need we need to know any more at this
point? sickening ey?)

I debated the head of the dental society when Phoenix
considered fluoridation in 1990, and participated recently in
the debate in Wooster, Ohio. The dentists and public
health officials did not independently review the recent
research. Instead, they continued the refrain that
everyone knows fluoride is safe, reduces tooth decay 35-60%,
and is worth imposing on everyone as a public health
measure.
When challenged, they resorted to character
assassination of anyone who does not agree with
them. Their
basic argument is - trust us and stop asking questions!
WHAT CAUSES TOOTH
DECAY?
Dental hygiene and dental care are certainly important
factors. A recent review of tooth decay in the Journal
of the American Dental Association, July 2000 suggests that
fluoride plays a role, but works topically. However, the
decline in tooth decay rates worldwide, regardless of
fluoridation and before fluoride toothpaste came into
widespread use, calls this into question.
Many studies show that poor
nutrition, especially consumption of mineral-deficient foods
and sugars, negatively affect the teeth. Although
largely composed of calcium and phosphorus, many minerals are
needed for the teeth. These include zinc, copper,
manganese, boron, vanadium and others. Vitamin C helps
build the collagen matrix that bones grow within.
Vitamin D is very important, and others like vitamin A may
also play a role. Refined foods are deficient in
minerals and vitamins.
Weston Price, DDS did extensive research on
tooth decay around the world. His book, Nutrition and
Physical Degeneration, is a classic on dental disease and
nutrition. He found that wherever refined, canned and
other processed food replaced traditional diets, tooth decay
became a major problem. Although some people are more
disposed to dental problems that others, it is not a genetic
difference. Dr. Price was able to show that in one or
two generations the teeth among many groups deteriorated from
the use of refined food diets.
CONCLUSION
Except
for trusting some dentists and public health officials who may
be well-intentioned, but lie and attempt to demolish the
character of their opponents, I can find no reason to
recommend water fluoridation. You can read the material
for yourself and make up your own mind. Your
health may depend on it. Wooster, Ohio voted down
fluoridation in the 2000 elections. Flagstaff, Arizona
also rejected fluoridation in 2001 .

fluoridation may be harmful to people with chronic kidney
disease (CKD).
The most up to date evidence confirms
fluoride has been endorsed by the World Health Organisation,
Australian Medical Association and American Academy of
Pediatrics,and poses no known health risks.
The national health position on
fluoridation of water supplies is set out on Healthy Months Healthy
lives : Australia's National Oral Health
Plan2004-2013 ( the Plan
), which has been endorsed by the
Australian Health Ministers' Conference. The Plan notes that
fluoridation of public water supplies is the
single most effective public health measure for reducing
dental caries across the population, the plan recommends
extending fluoridation of public water supplies to communities
across Australia with populations of 1000 more.
The latest National Health and Medical
Reasearch Council (NHMRC ) systematic review of fluoride and
health, The Efficacy
and Safety ofFluoridation 2007,
states that fluoridation of drinking water remains the most
effective measure of reducing dental caries. The document
notes that there is very little evidence of harmful effects of
water fluoridation. A brief summary of the report can be

The Commonwealth Department of
Health and Ageing is not aware of scientific evidence
that links the fluoridation of community drinking
water in Australia with adverse health effects. You

Fluoride used by Nazis to sterilize
inmates and make them docile. Fluoride a key dumbing down
ingredient of Prozac and Sarin nerve gas -- poisons of choice
for tyrant rats.
First of all, it needs to be stated that
the 'substance' referred to as 'Fluoride' is a misnomer -
there is no such substance listed in the periodic chart of the
elements, nor in the prestigious CRC handbook, nor in the
sacred 'bible' of the pharmaceutical industry - the
illustrious 'Merck Index'. Instead, we find a GAS called
Fluorine - and from the use of this gas in various industries
such as aluminum manufacturing and the nuclear industry
-certain toxic byproducts are created which have 'captured'
fluorine molecules. One such toxic, poisonous 'byproduct' is
called sodium Fluoride - which according to the Merck Index is
primarily used as rat and cockroach poison and is also the
active ingredient in most toothpastes and as an "additive to
drinking water". But sadly, there is much more to this sordid
tale.
Did
you know that sodium Fluoride is also one of the basic
ingredients in both PROZAC (FLUoxetene Hydrochloride) and
Sarin Nerve Gas (Isopropyl-Methyl-Phosphoryl FLUORIDE) - (Yes,
folks the same Sarin Nerve Gas that terrorists released on a
crowded Japanese subway train!). Let me repeat: the truth the
American public needs to understand is the fact that Sodium
Fluoride is nothing more (or less) than a hazardous waste
by-product of the nuclear and aluminum industries. In addition
to being the primary ingredient in rat and cockroach poisons,
it is also a main ingredient in anesthetic, hypnotic, and
psychiatric drugs as well as military NERVE GAS! Why, oh why
then is it allowed to be added to the toothpastes and drinking
water of the American people?
Historically, this substance was quite
expensive for the worlds' premier chemical companies to
dispose of - but in the 50's and 60's - Alcoa and the entire
aluminum industry - with a vast overabundance of the toxic
waste - SOMEHOW sold the FDA and our government on the insane
(but highly profitable) idea of buying this poison at a
20,000% markup and then injecting it into our water supply as
well as into the nation's toothpastes and dental rinse. Yes
that's right folks, a 20,000% markup. Consider also that when
sodium Fluoride is injected into our drinking water, its level
is approximately 1 part-per-million (ppm), but since we only
drink ½ of one percent of the total water supply, the
hazardous chemical literally 'goes down the drain' and voila -
the chemical industry has not only a free hazardous waste
disposal system - but we have also PAID them handsomely in the
process!!
Independent scientific evidence over the
past 50 plus years has shown that sodium fluoride shortens our
life span, promotes various cancers and mental disturbances,
and most importantly, makes humans stupid, docile, and
subservient, all in one neat little package. There is
increasing evidence that aluminum in the brain is a causative
factor in Alzheimer's Disease, and evidence points towards
sodium fluoride's strong affinity to 'bond' with this
dangerous aluminum (remember it is a byproduct of aluminum
manufacturing) and also it has the ability to 'trick' the
blood-brain barrier by imitating the hydrogen ion thus
allowing this chemical access to brain tissue.
Honest scientists who have attempted to
blow the whistle on sodium fluoride's mega-bucks propaganda
campaign have consistently been given a large dose of
professional 'black-listing' and thus their valid points
disputing the current vested interests never have received the
ink they deserve in the national press. Just follow the money
to find the 'control' and you will find prominent American
families to be prominent 'players' in the scandal. In 1952 a
slick PR campaign rammed the concept of 'fluoridation' through
our Public Health departments and various dental
organizations. This slick campaign was more akin to a highly
emotional "beer salesman convention" instead of the objective,
scientifically researched program that it should have been. It
has continued in the same vein right up to the present day -
and now sodium fluoride use has now become 'usual and
customary'.
To
illustrate the emotional vs. the scientific nature of this
issue, just look at the response given by people (perhaps
yourself included?) when the subject of fluoridation comes up.
You need to ask yourself, "Is this particular response based
on EMOTIONS born of TRADITION, or is it truly unbiased and
based instead on thoroughly researched objectivity?" There is
a tremendous amount of emotional, highly unscientific
"know-it-all" emotions attached to the topic of 'sodium
fluoride' usage -but I personally have yet to find even ONE
objective, double blind study that even remotely links sodium
fluoride to healthy teeth at ANY AGE. Instead, I hear and read
such blather as "9 out of 10 DENTISTS recommend 'fluoride'
toothpaste" etc. etc. etc. Let me reiterate: truly independent
(unattached to moneyed vested interest groups) scientists
who've spent a large portion of their lives studying and
working with this subject have been hit with a surprising
amount of unfair character assassinations from strong
vested-interest groups who reap grand profits from the
public's ignorance as well as from their illnesses. (Just
follow the money!)
Do
you have diabetes and/or kidney disease? There are reportedly
more than 11 million Americans with diabetes. If it is true
that diabetics drink more liquids than other people, then
according to the Physicians Desk Reference these 11 million
people are at much higher risk drinking fluoridated water
because they will receive a much deadlier dose because of
their need for higher than normal water consumption. Kidney
disease, by definition, lowers the efficiency of the kidneys,
which of course is the primary means in which fluoride (or any
other toxic chemical) is eliminated from the body. Does it not
make sense that these people shouldn't drink fluoridated water
at all? Cases are on record (Annapolis, Maryland, 1979) where
ill kidney patients on dialysis machines died because they
ingested relatively small amounts of SODIUM FLUORIDE from
unwittingly drinking the 'fluoridated' city water supply? Will
adequate warnings be given to people with weak kidneys, or
will the real cause of such deaths be 'covered up' in the name
of 'domestic tranquility'?
Concerning the 'practice' of putting
sodium fluoride into drinking water, where did this insanity
begin and WHO tried it first? From personal research, the very
first occurrence of purposefully putting sodium fluoride into
drinking water was in the German ghettos and in Nazi Germany's
infamous prison camps. The Gestapo you see had little concern
about sodium fluoride's 'supposed' effect on children's teeth;
instead, their reason for mass-medicating water with sodium
fluoride was to STERILIZE HUMANS and force the people in their
concentration camps into calm, bovine, submission. (See for

by Joseph Borkin.) Kind of shocking isn't it folks!! Ah, but
it gets even better.
The
following letter was received by the Lee Foundation for
Nutritional Research, Milwaukee Wisconsin, on 2 October 1954,
from a research chemist by the name of Charles Perkins. He
writes:
"I
have your letter of September 29 asking for further
documentation regarding a statement made in my book, "The
Truth about Water Fluoridation", to the effect that the idea
of water fluoridation was brought to England from Russia by
the Russian Communist Kreminoff. In the 1930's Hitler and the
German Nazis envisioned a world to be dominated and controlled
by a Nazi philosophy of pan-Germanism. The German chemists
worked out a very ingenious and far-reaching plan of
mass-control which was submitted to and adopted by the German
General Staff. This plan was to control the population in any
given area through mass medication of drinking water supplies.
By this method they could control the population in whole
areas, reduce population by water medication that would
produce sterility in women, and so on. In this scheme of
mass-control, sodium fluoride occupied a prominent
place.
"Repeated doses of infinitesimal amounts
of fluoride will in time reduce an individual's power to
resist domination, by slowly poisoning and narcotizing a
certain area of the brain, thus making him submissive to the
will of those who wish to govern him. [A convenient and
cost-effective light lobotomy? --- Ott].
"The
real reason behind water fluoridation is not to benefit
children's teeth. If this were the real reason there are many
ways in which it could be done that are much easier, cheaper,
and far more effective. The real purpose behind water
fluoridation is to reduce the resistance of the masses to
domination and control and loss of liberty."
"When the Nazis under Hitler decided to
go to Poland, both the German General Staff and the Russian
General Staff exchanged scientific and military ideas, plans,
and personnel, and the scheme of mass control through water
medication was seized upon by the Russian Communists because
it fitted ideally into their plans to communize the
world."
"I
was told of this entire scheme by a German chemist who was an
official of the great I.G. Farben chemical industries and was
also prominent in the Nazi movement at the time. I say this
with all the earnestness and sincerity of a scientist who has
spent nearly 20 years' research into the chemistry,
biochemistry, physiology and pathology of fluorine --- any
person who drinks artificially fluorinated water for a period
of one year or more will never again be the same person
mentally or physically."

Another letter needs to be quoted at
length as well to help corroborate Mr. Perkin's testimony.
This letter was written by a brilliant (and objectively
honest) scientist named Dr. E.H. Bronner. Dr. Bronner was a
nephew of the great Albert Einstein, served time in a WWII
prison camp and wrote the following letter printed in the
Catholic Mirror, Springfield, MA, January 1952:
"It
appears that the citizens of Massachusetts are among the
'next' on the agenda of the water poisoners.
"There is a sinister network of
subversive agents, Godless intellectual parasites, working in
our country today whose ramifications grow more extensive,
more successful and more alarming each new year and whose true
objective is to demoralize, paralyze and destroy our great
Republic ---- from within if they can, according to their plan
--- for their own possession."
"The
tragic success they have already attained in their long siege
to destroy the moral fiber of American life is now one of
their most potent footholds towards their own ultimate victory
over us."
"Fluoridation of our community water
systems can well become their most subtle weapon for our sure
physical and mental deterioration. As a research chemist of
established standing, I built within the past 22 years 3
American chemical plants and licensed 6 of my 53 patents.
Based on my years of practical experience in the health food
and chemical field, let me warn: fluoridation of drinking
water is criminal insanity, sure national suicide. DON'T DO
IT!!"
"Even in very small quantities, sodium
fluoride is a deadly poison to which no effective antidote has
been found. Every exterminator knows that it is the most
effective rat-killer. Sodium Fluoride is entirely different
from organic calcium-fluoro-phosphate needed by our bodies and
provided by nature, in God's great providence and love, to
build and strengthen our bones and our teeth. This organic
calcium-fluoro-phosphate, derived from proper foods, is an
edible organic salt, insoluble in water and assimilable by the
human body; whereas the non-organic sodium fluoride used in
fluoridating water is instant poison to the body and fully
water soluble. The body refuses to assimilate it."
"Careful, bonafide laboratory
experimentation by conscientious, patriotic research chemists,
and actual medical experience, have both revealed that instead
of preserving or promoting 'dental health', fluoridated
drinking water destroys teeth before adulthood and after, by
the destructive mottling and other pathological conditions it
actually causes in them, and also creates many other very
grave pathological conditions in the internal organisms of
bodies consuming it. How then can it be called a 'health
plan'? What's behind it?"
"That any so-called 'Doctors' would
persuade a civilized nation to add voluntarily a deadly poison
to its drinking water systems is unbelievable. It is the
height of criminal insanity!"
"No
wonder Hitler and Stalin fully believed and agreed from 1939
to 1941 that, quoting from both Lenin's 'Last Will' and
Hitler's Mein Kampf: "America we shall demoralize, divide, and
destroy from within."
"Are
our Civil Defense organizations and agencies awake to the
perils of water poisoning by fluoridation? Its use has been
recorded in other countries. Sodium Fluoride water solutions
are the cheapest and most effective rat killers known to
chemists: colorless, odorless, tasteless; no antidote, no
remedy, no hope: Instant and complete extermination of
rats."
"Fluoridation of water systems can be
slow national suicide, or quick national liquidation. It is
criminal insanity ------- treason!!"

Apparently, the public outcry by Dr.
Bronner and others precluded the fluoridation of public water
systems for a season - but soon thereafter, the Food and Drug
Administration allowed this deadly poison to be put in
'toothpaste', and our dentists were systematically brainwashed
into providing 'fluoride treatments' to their many patients.
Of course, today many major metropolitan areas have a minimum
of 1 parts per million sodium fluoride systematically added to
their water supply and more areas are seeking to add this
poison every year. Add to this the fact that bottling
companies (soft drinks, juices, etc.) use fluoridated water to
make their products - is it any wonder that people can no
longer think clearly and ask pertinent questions of their
elected and ecclesiastical leaders? Is it also a mystery why
so many top Nazi mind control scientists were brought to
America by the CIA and their infamous 'Operation Paper
Clip'?
If
you believe all of this is 'just a coincidence' - go ahead and
keep brushing your teeth with your 'fluoride' toothpaste and
sucking on your sodium fluoride enhanced Coke or Pepsi product
- for ignorance truly is bliss and you truly deserve what you
get.
Mothers, if your little ones are having
trouble concentrating at home or in school, or have been
diagnosed as 'attention deficit' - perhaps you would be well
advised to look for the culprit (and the solution to the
problem) no further than your home medicine cabinet (your tube
of toothpaste) and your friendly neighborhood school's water
fountain!!

Adverse Health and Behavior from
Silicoflourides
During over 50 years of debate on water
flouridation, neither supporters nor critics paid attention to
differences between sodium flouride (NaF) and two chemicals
called silicoflourides - hydroflourosilicic acid (H2SiF6) and sodium silicoflouride
(Na2SiF6) - as the chemicals for this
purpose. The biochemistry of silicoflourides (SiF), as
revealed by Westendorf's research (for which a translation is
provided in this site), differs greatly from sodium flouride
(familiar in toothpaste and tested for safety). Today over 116
million Americans drink water treated with one of the
silicoflourides even though they are toxic compounds whose
residue after dissociation in water had never been studied for
their safety. This web-site focuses on research I've conducted
with Myron (Mike) Coplan, a retired chemical engineer with
experience in designing equipment for the separation of SiF in
plants producing phosphate fertilizer.
Our
collaboration began after Mike heard of my EPA-funded studies
of the association between industrial pollution with lead or
manganese and higher rates of violent crime and asked if I'd
want to investigate the effects of SiF use in public water
supplies. A decade of research together began with finding
that, compared to NaF, water treated with either SiF is
associated with greater absorption of lead from environmental
sources such as lead paint in old housing. Because lead is a
neurotoxin that reduces inhibition and learning, we compared
the effects of NaF and SiF on behavioral problems due to
changes in brain chemistry. Taking socio-economic and
demographic factors into account, the studies summarized below
show that SiF has signficant association (not found for NaF)
with increased rates of violent crime as well as higher rates
of substance abuse and learning disabilities. Since these
behavioral problems cost American tax-payers billions of
dollars, our research can have substantial practical benefits
- and thus illustrates the need to link some public policy
decisions to new developments in scientific research on human
behavior.

old, whose brains are mostsensitive to developmental
neurotoxins such as fluoride.

Victorian Government has been extremely cunning in the way
they have performed this roll out, although more than likely
it's not an original idea but is just mirroring what is being

know that by introducing fluoridation to one region at a time,

The cult of water
fluoridation is spreading. If the latest attempts to spread
this bogus medication across the UK succeeds, then an epidemic
of chronic fluoride poisoning will sweep the country, as it
has in fluoridated Ireland. Three or four of the children in
every classroom will develop a disfiguring condition, dental
fluorosis, that obsessive fluoride
proponents casually dismiss as 'only a slight
cosmetic defect'. Their parents will be forced to meet the
repeated costs of cosmetic dentistry. So disadvantaged
families will actually suffer from even greater 'health
inequalities' than they do at present. This bogus 'cure' does
not actually work - it simply adds another disease to the
burden of the poor.

National Kidney
Foundation in USA withdraw support on
Fluoridation.
Authorities
in the US have also been warned not to destroy the
evidence that may be needed by people for taking legal action
from harm caused by drinking fluoridated water.
The
National Kidney Foundation has finally admitted that people
can be harmed by drinking Fluoridated water and people with
kidney problems, infants, diabetics, wildlife
and pets are at higher risk.
In the case
of kidney disease where dialysis machines are needed,
Fluoridated water cannot be used as it is KNOWN to be dangerous to
patients.

The International Fluoridation Conference
just held this month in Toronto released information from 18
Scientific studies.
The reports show damming
evidence of health DAMAGE from FLUORIDE, especially among
young people, yet BARWON HEALTH and the STATE GOVT told us in February
that consuming Fluoride through water was completely safe, a
BARWON HEALTH
uneducated
spokesman denied claims that Fluoride could harm brain
development and cause lower IQ. Unfortunately the EVIDENCE
says otherwise.
Studies
in Toronto showed the same results for fluoridating water that
have always been there ie.children in towns with Fluoride have
significantly lower average IQ's than children who live in
towns that use low level Fluoride water.
Sweden rejected
Fluoridation years ago because a Swedish Noble Prize winner
warned that there was evidence that Fluoride harmed infants'
nerve and brain
cells.
These people pushing the
Fluoridation issue should be taken to court and
prosecuted for misdirecting the public among many other things
and at the very least immediately relieved of their
jobs that they do not know how to carry out, that we
waste our money on.

has confirmed she will speak to the assembled people and media
in front of Barwon Water, on why the fluoride decision was wrongand should be withdrawn
until there is a vote.
At least two other
candidates in the November council elections will speak,
possibly more. Several others have sent their messages.

The crowd that
comes may be small or maybe medium sized. It is a working day
and the vast majority of concerned citizens are at work or
busy with family duties, and those there will each represent

the thousands of earlier in the year, because:
(1) The people
who are harmed by fluoride are not going away, and they are
being offered no alternative supply ofclean water. They want
to know: isBarwon Water listening, will they listen, will
government listen?

do NOT CONSENT to being treated with a medical chemical
through their water supply are not going away.They want

(3) Fluoride
(fluorosilicic acid or FSA)is a poison, a Schedule 7 poison on
the Australian Poisons Schedule. There is no safe dose
for a poison of this type, especiallygiven that neither Barwon
Water nor government can monitor who is consuming large
amounts or who is consuming small amounts.
Further, the
material data sheets from Incitec
Pivot, the supplier, show that their fluoride material is contaminated
with arsenic, mercury
and lead. They make no
apology for it. It would be too expensive to clean it
up. Incitec Pivot is
laughing allthe way to
the bank as government
allows them to dispose their contaminated industry waste in
our drinking water supply, via Barwon
Water.
